At Aleteia School the trainees will find facilities which make any course efficient and comfortable, in the climate of security in accordance with European Union standards.
The School is located in the centre of Enna in modern, ergonomic, and comfortable rooms containing two air-conditioned aulas of more than 100 seats (Aula Magna of Vittorio Guidano and Aula of Carlo Perris) provided with multimedial hardware and other ergonomic accessories useful for didactic activity.
At the School there is a laboratory of psychophysiology projected for carrying out research and clinical applications. In the laboratory it is also possible to apply techniques of Computerized Quantitative Psychophysiology.
The library is provided with internal network of some terminals connected with Internet where you can navigate and make bibliography searching.
At disposal of trainees there is some original equipments projected and realized in the laboratory of Superior Institute for Cognitive Science such as MindLAB, BrainLAB e CardioLAB which could be also purchased by trainees for their professional activity.
The laboratory of computerized Psycho diagnosis is furnished with the most important and up-to-date psychometric instruments. The laboratory of Neuropsychology avails of most recent methodologies of assessment and rehabilitation. The laboratory of video-techniques offers to trainees possibility to learn how to use a digital camcorder as a technique of videomonitoring and videofeedback as well as choose many movies specially elaborated to be used in movie therapy. Finally it is possible to participate in the School’s music therapy sessions making live music by playing our music instruments: percussion, electric, acoustic and bass guitars and others. The didactic structure are furnished with advanced multimedial equipment. The trainees obtain freely comprehensive didactic material elaborated by our researchers that includes for example original assessment measures elaborated in the laboratories of our School. At the end of every lesson trainees can take along with their pen drives with presented multimedial material.
